Beetroot Dip

INGREDIENTS - 

 1 can of beetroot (drained)
 ⅓ cup of Chobani Plain Yoghurt
 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
 1 squeeze of lemon
 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
 1 dash of olive oil
Cumin seeds on top to serve (optional)

METHOD -

Pour all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on low until desired consistency.
Sprinkle cumin seeds on top (optional).
Serve with veggie sticks and brown rice crackers as a delicious entree or healthy snack.
